Summer and Selena

Summer Glau was an American actress best famous for her role as River Tam in Firefly, an award-winning television show. She was also Cameron in Terminator. In the series, she played Sarah Connor Chronicles. Also, she has appeared in Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck, Hawaii Five-0 and The 4400. In addition to her appearances on Serenity and Knights of Badassdom she has starred in a variety of TV and short films including Mammoth the initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon Dead End Help for the Vacations as well as Inside the Box. Glau is the recipient of numerous accolades. FHM included her twice on its list of 100 Sexiest Women of The World. Glau also made an appearance in the magazine Wizard's Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim included her in the magazine's Hot 100. In terms of her acting achievements, Glau is the recipient of an SFX Award for Best Actress for Serenity. The actress also won the Saturn Award as Best Supporting actress for her role as a character in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Marcela Quintanilla was the mother of three children. When Selena aged eighteen, she began an active career with a group created by her father. Selena was the lead guitarist in the band along with her older brothers Abraham junior as well as Sister Suzette who played drums. Selena acted as the singer. Selena Y Los Dino band performed at many venues, wedding fairs and dining establishments with her elder brothers and sisters. Selena did not have much time in her childhood because the band needed lots of time. However, their father Abraham was determined to inspire the band and eventually they were dedicated musicians. Abraham senior was also a musician with the original band named Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos was officially formed in the year 1981. The band was the family business and the main source of revenue for the Quintanilla family. The Quintanilla Family was determined to achieve success despite difficult times and lack of money at first. They would see their patience pay dividends in the 1980's when Selena Y Los Dinos gained popularly in the western states. Selena's first success came in the year 1986, when she was awarded awards as Female Vocalist of the Year and as a Performer of the Year at the Tejano music Awards. From that moment on Selena Y Los Dinos were among the top performers year after year and gained notoriety and fame. They appeared on a variety of TV shows that were Spanish-language, such as El Show De Johnny Canales and Siempre In Domingo or Sabado Gigante.
